The price was around 43 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a villa. The landscaping and tree planting provide a serene environment. It is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The 24/7 security is a significant benefit for someone living alone. While it's a bit far from the city center, the quiet surroundings are what I was looking for. Tulasi Hospitals is also very close, which is convenient.
