The price was around 43 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a villa. The landscaping and tree planting provide a serene environment. It is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The 24/7 security is a significant benefit for someone living alone. While it's a bit far from the city center, the quiet surroundings are what I was looking for. Tulasi Hospitals is also very close, which is convenient.

  This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK villa in Modi Silver Creek. I bought a 1605 square feet unit for around 42.1 Lakh. The developer, Modi Properties Pvt Ltd, mentioned it's ready to move, which made the process less daunting for a fit-time buyer. The gymnasium and the landscaping were attractive features. The location in Cherlapally, Secunderabad, is developing, and I believe it's a good area for future growth. My only concern is the dust and construction noise from nearby ongoing developments, which can be quite noticeable at times. The security is good though.

It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a big plus. The construction quality appeasolid, and the developer, Modi Properties Pvt Ltd, has a reasonable track record. The nearby Akshara International School being nearby is fantastic for families. Power backup is available, which is essential. The only minor issue is that the OC status is not readily available, which gave me a moment of hesitation, but everything else seems fine. The swimming pool is a nice addition.
