Choosing a home for the family required us to look at many facto, and MKR Chamanthi ticked most of the boxes. We decided to go for the 3 BHK configuration which is 1441 square feet as it offeenough space for our children. The location near Tadepalli road is perfect for our daily commute and we find the surroundings quite convenient. MKR Realty has delivered a ready to move project, so we were able to shift in without any hassle. Having N. St. Matthew's Public School nearby is the highlight for us as it saves the kids from long bus rides. The only small drawback is that the common areas get crowded during the weekends when everyone is home, but that is a minor trade off for such a well located property.
