The 2 BHK flats, around 1000 square feet, seem well-designed by MKB Housing PromoteThe location in KK Nagar is decent, though I wish the project had better direct access to the main road. For now, we have to use a smaller lane. The price is substantial, with the flats going up to 92.8 Lakh. We are looking forward to the completion date of July 2026 and enjoying the amenities like the open gym and ample parking provided.
