It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a huge relief after months of searching. The fact that ORCHARD SCHOOL (CBSE) is nearby is a major advantage for our kids. We also liked that it's Vastu compliant. The building has lifts and essential 24/7 water supply. The only slight drawback is the limited number of units, only 16 in total, which means it can feel a bit crowded sometimes, especially in the common areas. Also, finding parking for guests can be a challenge. But overall, the convenience for the children’s education and the immediate availability made it a worthwhile decision for our family.

It's great that Excell Buildecompleted this project back in August 2016, so any initial teething issues should be long gone. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. We checked out the amenities, and the lift is essential as we are on a higher floor. Having 24/7 water supply is a given but good to have confirmed. The location in KK Nagar is convenient, close to where my husband teaches. My only small worry is the lack of dedicated visitor parking, which might become an issue when family visits. But for our own needs, it's good.
