We are tired of renting and decided to buy our own place. Oxina Elysian looked promising. We were shown a 2 BHK flat that was 1413 Sq.ft, which is much larger than our current rental. The amenities like the gymnasium and car parking are important for us. It's located in KK Nagar, which is a decent area. The price is about 95.35 Lakhs for this configuration, which is a big step up for us, but we managed to get a loan. The project is under construction by Oxina Land Develope, with completion expected in March 2028. We hope the quality matches the price.

Finding a home near a good school was our top priority, and Oxina Elysian is literally close to ORCHARD SCHOOL (CBSE). That was the main reason we booked a 3 BHK here. The flat size is good, between 1420 Sq.ft and 1442 Sq.ft. We also appreciate the dedicated children's play area and the overall landscaping which Oxina Land Developehave planned. The project is under construction, expected by March 2028. The price is definitely an investment, around 95.35 Lakhs upwards. We did notice some dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected at this stage. Overall, we are happy with the decision.

While the location is decent and amenities like car parking and landscaping are present, the price is a significant factor for someone in a government job. The car parking space seemed a bit tight during my visit, which could be an issue if you have multiple vehicles. It's a decent project, but the cost and parking need consideration.
