The price for the 3 BHK was around 50 Lakh, which felt fair given the size and amenities. The developer, Mitaali Groop, has provided good facilities like landscaping and tree planting, community buildings, and closed car parking. The proximity to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (0 KM) is extremely convenient for our children. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
