The price range was attractive, with the 2 BHK units starting at 50.12 Lakh. Being ready to move was a big plus for us as we wanted to settle down soon. Micasa Housing completed the project in June 2013. The security guards and lift are functional. One minor issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be noticeable. Otherwise, the location in Kompally is developing well.
