We were looking for a ready to move flat near Sarjapur Road and MG Infinity seemed like a good option. We got a 2 BHK which is about 1100 square feet, perfect for us. The price was around 48 Lakh which fit our budget. The construction quality looks decent, especially the vitrified tile flooring. It's nice that they have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The only thing is that the parking area is a bit tight if you have guests. Otherwise, we are quite happy with the purchase. The location is convenient for work.

Our main priority was a good location for the kids' school, and Oakridge International School is only about 2 kilometeaway, which is fantastic. We bought a 3 BHK here, around 1400 square feet. The layout is quite spacious. MG Infrastructure has provided good amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The price point of around 55 Lakh was reasonable for the area and size. Dust can be a bit of an issue during construction periods nearby, but that’s common in developing areas. We are looking forward to settling in.

I chose a 2 BHK flat, around 1075 square feet, for 45.5 Lakh. The price was very attractive for a ready-to-move property. I really like the closed car parking and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which makes me feel safe. The gymnasium is a bonus for staying fit. The vitrified tile flooring throughout the flat looks elegant. My only concern is that the built-up area feels a little compact for a 2 BHK, but it works for my needs. The MG Infrastructure developer seems reliable.

The only minor inconvenience is that the immediate surrounding roads could be better maintained.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in MG Infinity as an investment. The area around Sarjapur Road is seeing a lot of growth, which should lead to good rental yields in the future. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1075 to 1145 square feet, and I got one for about 46 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move is a big plus, as I can start earning rent immediately. MG Infrastructure seems to have a decent track record. I am a little concerned about the Nallur Halli Metro Station being almost 14 kilometeaway, which might affect connectivity long-term. However, overall I see potential.
