The 850 sq.ft carpet area of the 2 BHK is adequate for our needs. Being close to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences is a big plus for us, ensuring quick access to healthcare. The gym and clubhouse are nice additions. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. However, the internal roads are manageable. Metro Buildedelivered this project some time ago, back in 2002.
