The 24x7 security is a major comfort. The location on Medchal Road is good, with Medchal Railway Station nearby, making my daily commute manageable. I also appreciate the eco-friendly surroundings which makes it a pleasant place to live. The price point of around 20 Lakh felt affordable for a ready-to-move property. However, the basketball court seemed a bit small for serious playeIt's a peaceful place to call home.
