We chose Meditech Apartment because of its proximity to Unicosmos School, which is nearby. Our 4 BHK is about 2800 sq.ft, giving our children enough space to play and study. The 24x7 security is a huge relief for us parents. The jogging track is also a good facility for the whole family. The location in Sector 56 is quite well-connected. We found the price of 2.9 Cr onwards to be within our expectations for a home of this size and location.
