The built-up area is between 1650 to 1850 square feet, offering plenty of room. We liked that it has a jogging track and a dedicated car parking space for each unit. The location in Sector 56 is convenient, with Unicosmos School only nearby, which is perfect for our kids. The price is on the higher side, 2.05 Crore for our chosen unit, but we feel the amenities and location justify it. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable once we move in.
