We were looking to upgrade from our rental and finally found this place in Sagar Apartments. The 3 BHK flat we saw had a carpet area of around 1900 sq.ft which is quite spacious for our growing family. It's ready to move, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Sector 56 is convenient, close to Unicosmos School which is great for the kids. We liked the community hall and the idea of a gated community for security. The price range of 1.7 Cr to 2.06 Cr was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the space and amenities made us reconsider. Power backup is essential here, so glad they have that.
