We have our eyes on the 9837.57 Sq.ft plot because we want a big house with a play area for the kids. The proximity to Vijayawada Junction Railway Station is also handy for our family trips back to our hometown. MBMR Real Estate Pvt Ltd has been professional during our site visits. We know it is under construction until December 2025 but the space we get here is worth the wait. It is a quiet and clean part of Poranki which we really appreciate.
