The project is ready to move, which means we can start construction soon. Fetari is a developing area, so we are hoping for good appreciation. The main concern for us is the distance to St. Joseph's Hospital, which is nearby. We are also a bit worried about dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that settles down once more people start building.
