We chose Mayfair Palms because of the children's play area, which our kids absolutely love spending time in. We got a spacious 3 BHK, about 1100 square feet, so there’s enough room for everyone. Having 24x7 water supply is essential for a family, and they provide that. The location near Malancha Mahi Nagar is peaceful, though getting to school can take a bit longer due to traffic on Subhashgram Champahati Road, especially during peak houThe biggest issue we’re facing is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, it gets everywhere.
