Finding a good home near a school was our priority, and Mayfair Greenwoods is right next to Kodalia Boys High School. That's a huge plus. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which is around 950 Sq.ft. The price was 39.6 Lakh. It’s a ready to move project which was important as we didn't want to wait. The developer Mayfair Villa Pvt Ltd has good amenities like a swimming pool and a club house. They also mentioned 100% power backup, which is essential. The only thing is the road leading to the project could be better maintained; it gets dusty sometimes. But having the hospital and railway station so close is very convenient for the family.
