We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and decided on a 3 BHK at Eden Richmond Park. The built-up area for these is between 1127 Sq.ft to 1230 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space. The kids will love the swimming pool and the landscape garden. It's good that they have 24x7 security and water supply, which are important for families. The location is decent, though getting to Khudiram Metro Station which is nearby takes a bit of time. We are hoping the area develops further in terms of good schools nearby. The price point around 45 L for our 3 BHK was reasonable. The construction quality appeasolid.

I liked the idea of a ready-to-move-in property. The location in Malancha Mahi Nagar, Kodalla is developing, and it's close to the State Highway 1, which is convenient. They have a gymnasium and a swimming pool which are good amenities. The club house facilities also look decent. I am a bit concerned about the noise from the nearby road though, it might be an issue sometimes. Overall, the buying process was smooth and the Eden Group representatives were helpful throughout.
