The location on Kondhwa Road, Katraj is decent, and it's ready to move in, which was a major plus for me. Vishal Gajanan Kenjale seems to have focused on essential amenities like car parking, landscaping, and water conservation. The nearby St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance, making it convenient. However, the access road to the project could be better, it feels a bit congested during peak houAlso, I noticed a fair amount of dust from ongoing construction nearby, which might be a concern for some. Overall, it's a functional property.
