I was impressed by the features like the Private Foyer in every apartment and the Gated Community aspect, which adds a sense of security. The construction is still ongoing, with a completion date of June 2027. The location near VIP Road is good, but reaching Club O7 which is nearby might involve some traffic depending on the time of day. Overall, it feels like a good start for me.
