I recently moved into a 3.5 BHK at Marvel Selva Ridge A B Building. The 1661 sq.ft carpet area is more than enough space for me. I love the idea of the yoga/meditation area and the reflexology park – it’s great for unwinding after work. The developer, Marvel Realto, has included a good gymnasium and a clubhouse. The location in Bavdhan is fairly convenient, though getting to the Ideal Colony Metro Station, which is nearly nearby, takes some time. Paud Road can get busy. The apartment itself is well-designed, and the natural light is excellent. I appreciate the power backup system as well. It feels secure with the 24-hour watchman.
