The price of 85.55 Lakh was manageable. We liked the club house and the manicured garden for evening walks. The location in Wagholi is decent, close to Awhalwadi Road. My only concern is the traffic on the Pune Ahmedabad highway during peak houcan be quite heavy, making the nearby distance to EuroSchool Kharadi sometimes longer than expected.
