We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rental accommodation, and Maruti Shivalay Tirth by Maruti Urban in Ankhol offered the 4 BHK villa we desired. The carpet area of 1308 Sq.ft is a good size for us and our future plans. The developer has included many facilities like a lift, 24x7 security, and video door security which are important for our peace of mind. The project is currently under construction with a May 2030 completion date. The proximity to Podar International School is fantastic, as we both work there, making our commute practically nonexistent. However, the Hanumanpura Bus Stop is quite far at nearby, which isn't ideal if we ever need to rely on public transport. We also noticed quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction site. Overall, it seems like a decent upgrade.
