The total price came to about 55 Lakh, which was manageable for me. It is currently under construction and expected to be ready by August 2025. The developer, Maruti Infra, seems to have a decent reputation. I felt confident enough to book here. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are important for me.

  I bought a 2 BHK flat in Maruti Jubilee Enclave. The built-up area is around 1050 square feet, and the price was about 58 Lakh. It's under construction, with possession expected in August 2025. Maruti Infra is the developer. My main concern is that the drive to my office near ECIL X Road can get a bit congested during peak hou, as it's nearby. However, the internal roads within the enclave seem well-planned. I do hope the traffic situation improves closer to completion.
