I am looking at a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 1590 Sq.ft. The price point is reasonable, falling between 47.99 Lakh and 50.53 Lakh. The project is under construction and expected to finish by December 2028. I like that they have included a gymnasium and a jogging track. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are good features for a single woman. The only thing I worry about is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby.
