We were looking for a ready to move flat in Hyderabad and found Maruthi Signature. The 2 BHK configurations are around 1100-1200 sq.ft which is quite spacious for us. We liked that it is located in Sainikpuri, which is relatively peaceful. The price point was also within our budget, around 35 Lakhs. Getting to the office takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. The construction looks decent, and it was completed in March 2017. We are happy with the initial feel of the place, though we haven't experienced the maintenance team much yet. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.

The price was around 37 Lakhs, and the built-up area is 1100 sq.ft. It’s great that it’s ready to move, so I could settle in right away. The proximity to Akshara International School and Tulasi Hospitals is a definite advantage. Being on Hi Tension Road means I have decent connectivity. However, I find the construction quality to be just average. Some finishing touches could have been better. Also, I wish there were more amenities available within the project itself.

The only thing is the parking space is a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But for my needs, it’s a solid choice.
