    We chose Marian The Corniche mainly because of its excellent location. Being a short distance St. Aloysius English Medium School and Kottara Chowki Bus Stop makes the daily school run very easy. We got a 3 BHK, which is 1525 square feet, giving our children enough space to play. The children's play area within the complex is also a great addition. The construction quality looks solid, and it was ready to move in December 2011. The price was in the upper end of our budget, around 64 Lakhs, but the convenience is worth it. We are overall quite happy with our decision.
