We are seriously considering Land Trades Pristine for our new home. It's located in Chilimbi, Urwa, Mangalore, and the developer is Land Trades Builde& DevelopeWe need space, so we are looking at the 4 BHK options, which are quite large, with areas from 3366 square feet upwards. The proximity to A. J. Hospital & Research Centre, nearby, is very reassuring. It's also close to St. Aloysius English Medium School, close to the project site. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by May 2028. My main worry is the distance from the main city center, and I hope the connectivity improves significantly by the time we move in. Overall, the size of the apartments is very appealing for a growing family.
