The 1725 Sq.ft built-up area offeplenty of space for them. It's ready to move in, which was perfect as I wanted them to settle in soon. The location near Urwa Stores Bus Stand is very convenient for them to access local markets and travel around. They also appreciate the lift and the power backup, as my father has some health issues. While the price was not available, the overall offering and the developer's background made me choose this.
