Marg Dahan Infrastructure has included amenities like a mini theatre and landscaping, which are nice touches. The internal roads are quite good, and the paved compound gives a clean look. My main hesitation is the lack of OC received. This makes future planning a bit uncertain. Also, the distance to key places like Nallur Halli Metro Station (19.1 KM) means reliance on peonal vehicles for most commutes. The security features are robust, with 24x7 guards and CCTV. It's a decent investment, but the OC issue needs clarification.

We got a plot around 1101 Sq.ft. The developer Marg Dahan Infrastructure provided basic amenities like paved compound and street lighting which is good. However, the OC is not available which is a bit concerning for future construction. Also, the distance to Nallur Halli Metro Station is nearby, making daily commute a little challenging. The internal roads are decent for now, and they have storm water drains. Overall, it’s a decent plot for investment if you can overlook the OC status and distance to public transport.

Sarjapur Road itself is getting busy, and travelling to places like Indus International School Bangalore or Sri Sai Hospitals Attibele takes nearby. This distance could be a problem for some. The internal roads and footpaths are well-made. It feels like a quiet place to build a home, but the commute needs careful consideration.
