The proximity to the Seaport - Airport Road and Infopark Road is beneficial for connectivity. The project is ready to move, which avoids construction delays. VM DevelopeAnd Buildefinished this in 2012. The layout is practical. However, the building looks a bit dated, and the common areas could use better upkeep. The lack of OC receipt is a point of concern for future resale value, but for immediate use, it is acceptable. The gymnasium is a standard facility.
