Finding a good 2 BHK in a central location like BTM Layout was my priority. Mangala Residency offe1250 Sq.ft built up area, which is ample space for me and my home office setup. It's ready to move, which meant I could settle in quickly after finalizing the deal. The best part is its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School and Apollo Hospitals, both nearby, making errands very easy. Jayadeva Metro Station is also accessible at nearby. My only reservation is the parking situation. It can be quite challenging to find a spot, especially if you have a larger vehicle or if visitocome over. Otherwise, the space and location are excellent for my needs.

It's ready to move in, which was a major plus point for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location is decent, close to Jayadeva Metro Station which is nearby, making commuting easier. However, the surrounding area has a lot of dust and construction debris from ongoing developments, which is a bit annoying. I'm hoping this improves once things settle down.
