We were renting nearby and decided to upgrade to our own place in Manbhum Avalon. We chose a 3 BHK flat of 2050 Sq.ft. The price was around 1 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget, but we felt the amenities and location justified it. Being ready to move in 2013 was a huge plus. The entrance lobby and landscaping give a good fit impression. Having a gymnasium and jogging track within the complex is fantastic for our fitness routines. The proximity to Delhi Public School is also a great benefit, saving us travel time. However, the maintenance charges seem a bit high, and we are still assessing the overall value for money in the long run.
