I decided to buy a plot at Manani Spring for my future home. The location in Devanahalli seemed promising for future development. I chose a 1200 Sq.ft plot for around 2.7 L. It's a gated community, which offepeace of mind. The availability of a party hall and children's play area are nice touches, even though I don't have kids myself yet. Manani Projects has provided basic amenities like water storage. The Electrification with transformer and solar energy options is good. Getting to work can be a challenge due to the distance and traffic from Devanahalli.
