The price of approximately 79.9 Lakhs for the base configuration was manageable for my budget. I liked the fact that it is a ready-to-move property, so I do not have to wait too long to occupy it. The developer, Majestique Landmarks, has provided good basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems. The view of the national park from some apartments is also a nice feature, although parking is open and might be a bit of a challenge during peak times.
