I bought a 3 BHK in Mahidhara Ganesh Nivas, which is 1200 sq.ft. The price was around 34.8 Lakh. I needed something ready to move and this fit the bill. Being in Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad, it’s a well-connected area. The Arts College Railway Station is very close, less than a kilometer away. Akshara Vaagdevi International School is also nearby, which is good. My only minor concern is that the rooms feel a bit compact for a 3 BHK, but it's manageable. The building has basic amenities like lifts and intercom, which are functional. Mahidhara Projects seems to have maintained the property reasonably well.

It’s good that Mahidhara Projects included storm water drains, which is important here in Hyderabad. The location in Padmarao Nagar is decent, close to Begumpet Airport which is nearby, making travel easy. My partner likes the intercom facility for security. The only issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road, but we are managing. Construction quality seems solid for its age.

However, I noticed some dust during site visits due to ongoing development nearby. Overall, it’s a stable investment.
