The key factor for me was that it's ready to move in, so they could shift immediately. The project offegood amenities such as 24x7 security and a swimming pool, which they can enjoy. The price for the 3 BHK villas goes up to 53.59 Lakhs, which is a significant investment but justifiable for the space and features. Having fire sprinkleand a fire fighting system provides an added layer of safety. The Vastu compliance was also a requirement from my family. The location in Mevalurkuppam is relatively quiet.
