We visited the site and the land looks well-developed. The 24X7 water supply is a plus. It’s a bit far from the main city, so commuting will take some time, especially to the T. S. R. Rajalakshmi Nagar Bus Stop which is about 3.7 kilometeaway. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houHowever, the potential for future growth in this area is what we are banking on. The plot sizes are decent for building a custom home.
