The ready-to-move nature of the plots was appealing. Thiru K Rakesh Kumar's project offeessential services like 24/7 water supply and power backup, which are non-negotiable for us. The location is decent, with the hospital a short distance and the bus stop a mere 3-minute walk. Loyola International Residential School is also within a comfortable 9-minute drive, making it convenient for children. The biggest drawback we've found is the noise from the ongoing construction in surrounding areas, which can be quite disruptive, especially during weekdays. We are hoping this will reduce over time as development progresses.
