We chose Mahaveer Ridge for its value for money. We bought a 2 BHK flat with a builtup area of 1100 square feet for around 48 Lakh. The price range in this project is quite competitive. Being ready to move was a big advantage. The community has a children's play area and landscaping, making it pleasant. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The security system with 24x7 guards provides a sense of safety. The only drawback is that the OC status is not available, which might be a concern for some buye, but it was completed in 2011.

I chose Mahaveer Ridge because it's ready to move and the price for a 2 BHK flat was around 52 Lakh, which felt manageable for my fit investment. The builtup area is about 1150 square feet.
