We picked up a 2 BHK here last month, around 1030 square feet. Balaji Meadows is ready to move which was a big plus for us since we needed to shift quickly. The location in Akshayanagar is decent, close to the Outer Ring Road so commuting is not too bad. My partner liked the swimming pool and the jogging track they have. The gymnasium also looks well-equipped. Prices are a bit on the higher side, around 70.37 Lakh for our unit, but the developer Sri Balaji Properties has a good reputation. Parking is covered which is a relief. Overall, it seems like a good place for young couples starting out.

It's a ready-to-move property, which meant no waiting. The location in Akshayanagar is reasonably well-connected, although navigating to the T. C Palya main road can be a little challenging during peak traffic. The price range is about 70.37 Lakh to 98.38 Lakh for the apartments. We finally moved into our 3 BHK apartment in Balaji Meadows a couple of months ago. The built-up area is around 1370 square feet, which is spacious enough for our family. Kidzee school is just 200 meteaway, making morning drop-offs much easier. Akshaya Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. The amenities like the swimming pool and the multipurpose room are great for the kids. Landscaping looks nice too. The only small issue is that the T. C Palya main road can get quite busy during peak hou, so sometimes it takes longer than expected to get out. But for daily needs, the location is very convenient.

My business requires me to travel often, so the proximity to the Outer Ring Road and RM Nagar main road was a major deciding factor. Having Akshaya Hospital just 100 meteaway is also very reassuring. The project offea good range of amenities, including a tennis court, gymnasium, and a club house. The landscaping and gardens provide a nice green environment. The price was within our budget, around 98 Lakh for the larger unit. The only minor drawback is that some parts of the common areas could use a bit more modern finishing, but it's a solid property overall.
