The 1013 square feet configuration provides enough space for my needs. Having a dedicated reading lounge and a clubhouse within the complex is appealing. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance offer a great sense of safety. The price for my unit was within the 60-70 Lakh range, which felt justified for the amenities and the ready-to-move status. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. It’s a practical choice for a working professional.

We were looking for a decent 2 BHK closer to our office in Sarjapur. SLV Spandana in Akshayanagar seemed like a good option. The 1013 square feet unit we saw had a good layout with a separate dining area, which is rare nowadays. The price point starting from 55.87 Lakh for a 1 BHK is quite competitive for Bengaluru. Having a gym and a jogging track within the complex is a definite plus for our lifestyle. The construction quality looks solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a priority. The only small thing is the traffic getting out of Akshayanagar during peak houcan be a bit much, but it’s manageable.

I picked a 2 BHK unit of 1439 square feet. The project is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor in my decision. The gymnasium and indoor games are nice additions for downtime. The only concern I have is the availability of parking; while closed car parking is provided, the space can feel a bit tight for multiple vehicles. The price range is 55.87 Lakh to 1.12 Crore, which is reasonable given the area.

The location in Akshayanagar is decent, and it’s good that the Jayadeva Metro Station is nearby, offering connectivity. SLV BuildeAnd Developehave provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are crucial. The price for this unit was around 55.87 Lakh. While the project is generally good, the dust from ongoing construction nearby was a bit of an issue when we visited, but we are hoping it settles down once everything is completed.
