We finally bought our fit home at Mahaveer Glacier. It felt like a big decision, but the 1130 square feet 2 BHK felt just right for starting out. We liked that it is ready to move, so we could shift immediately after the paperwork. The location in Arakere is pretty convenient, close to Mitra Academy which is good for future needs. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are a bonus, though we haven't used them much yet. The builder, Mahaveer Group, seems to have a decent reputation. It’s in BTS Layout, so connectivity is okay. Overall, a good starting point for us.

We chose a 2 BHK, around 1200 square feet, which is perfect for us. The proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station is a huge plus for our daily commute. The club house and swimming pool are great for unwinding after work. Mahaveer Group has provided good amenities like lifts and water storage. The only slight issue is traffic during peak houon the main road, but that's common in Bangalore. Still, a very convenient location and comfortable living space.

After yeaof renting, we decided to buy our own home. Mahaveer Glacier offered a 3 BHK apartment of 1680 square feet, which gives us much needed space. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and gymnasium within the complex. Being in Arakere, it’s reasonably close to our schools. The Mahaveer Group provided good amenities like reserved parking and a service lift. The only drawback we noticed is that the visitor parking is quite limited, which can be an issue when we have guests. Otherwise, the space and facilities are a definite upgrade from our rental.
