The proximity to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is a definite plus for security and accessibility. I also liked that it’s not too far from the metro, close to Subhash Nagar Metro Station, making it easier to travel across the city for work. The connectivity to National Highway NO 260 is also useful for weekend getaways. The main drawback currently is the limited shopping options directly within walking distance, meaning I often need to drive out for groceries or other needs, despite Trimurti Nagar being the location.

The biggest draw for us was the proximity to Somalwar High School & Junior College, it's just a short walk away which makes morning drop-offs so much easier. Having the Orange City Hospital & Research Institute nearby also gives us peace of mind. The area itself is developing, and it’s good that it’s close to Umrer Road for essentials. The project is ready to move which was important for us. We are still waiting for the specific BHK details, but the overall feel of the community seems good for families. Subhash Nagar Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for our daily commute to the IT park. Trimurti Nagar is a decent locality, and it's nice that National Highway NO 260 is accessible. The main issue we've faced is the traffic noise, especially during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main roads. Also, the parking situation can be a bit cramped if you have guests over. However, the apartment layout is practical, and the developer, Mahahee Builde, seems to be responsive to queries. We’re hoping the area continues to grow with more amenities soon.
