We are tired of paying rent and decided to invest in our own plot at Mahalaxmi Nagar 39. This project by Mahalaxmi Group is located on Chicholi, Katol Road in Nagpur. We looked at the 974 Sq.ft plots, priced around 16.07 Lakh. The developer is providing basic amenities like street lighting and internal roads, which is good for a developing area. The completion is planned for March 2029. While the location is decent, the access road could be a bit better; it's a narrow lane for a short stretch. We are also hoping the Sewage Treatment Plant functions efficiently. Overall, it feels like a good step towards owning our home.
