We decided to move into Mahagun Villa for a quieter life post-retirement. The 2 BHK flat we chose is 1030 sq.ft, which is a good size for us. It's located in Vaishali, Sector 4, Ghaziabad. The property is ready to move, which was a major factor. We liked the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The 24X7 water supply is a big relief. The gymnasium is also quite useful. The only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the nearby main roads, but inside the apartment, it's manageable. The price was within our budget, around 84 Lakhs. Overall, it's a peaceful place.
