I considered the 1 BHK flats which have a carpet area of 438 Sq.ft to 591 Sq.ft. The price range from 17 Lakhs to about 20 Lakhs was within my financial reach. It is conveniently located near National Highway 50, making commuting easier. M And M has included amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which is nice for the environment. The construction quality looks decent for the price. It’s a good, practical choice for someone looking for a reliable home.

Parking is available as closed car parking. Overall, it’s a decent place for a single peon.

I chose a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of about 640 Sq.ft. The price was in the upper range of my budget, around 25.51 Lakhs, but the proximity to work was the deciding factor. The project is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. M And M has provided 24X7 water supply, which is essential. I am a bit concerned about the noise from the nearby highway, but hopefully, it won't be too disruptive.
