The developer, Lotus Prime Estates, has a good reputation. We love that it’s a gated community and has a children's play area. It’s also convenient that CK Birla Hospitals is not too far. The only drawback is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, but overall the amenities are good.
