We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, which has built-up areas ranging from 717 to 818 square feet. The proximity to the International Airport at nearby is very convenient for us. We also liked the idea of a reading lounge and table tennis. The price range goes up to 90 Lakh, which is a bit steep, but the amenities justify it. The construction is ongoing.
