The location near Noapara crossing is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houtrying to reach the main road. I chose a 2 BHK flat, built up area 973 square feet. It has enough space for my home office setup. The price point was within my budget, around 75 Lakhs. The lift system works reliably, and the landscaping makes the complex feel pleasant. I’m happy with the decision.

Loharuka Group has a decent reputation, and this project Loharuka Green Chinar was ready to move in from March 2015. The location in Rajarhat, Newtown is developing well. I bought a 2 BHK flat which is 625 square feet, perfect for my needs. The price was around 65 Lakhs. The proximity to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport, only 3 kilometeaway, is very convenient. The flat is Vastu compliant which was important for my family. The terrace garden is a nice touch for relaxing.

The developer, Loharuka Group, has completed many projects, which gave me confidence. My parents liked the idea of a terrace garden and the amphitheater for community events. They are in a 3 BHK flat, around 1348 square feet, which gives them plenty of room. The location in Rajarhat is accessible, and it’s good that it’s close to the airport for when I visit. The price was about 1.05 Crore.

The built-up area is 625 square feet, a compact size suitable for rental purposes. The price was competitive, starting from 65.01 Lakhs. The completion date was March 2015, and it's ready to move in. While the nearby NH 12 is nearby, the internal connectivity could be better. However, considering the rental potential in this developing zone of Kolkata, I believe it’s a sound investment for the long term. The fire fighting system is a good safety feature.

We were looking for a place that's convenient for the kids' school. Loharuka Green Chinar is really close to Titumir Metro Station, which is about a 10-minute walk. The children's play area is a good size and my son spends a lot of time there. We got a 3 BHK flat which is 1060 square feet, feels quite spacious for us. The overall budget was around 85 Lakhs. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it feel nice and green. I did notice some dust from nearby construction when we visited, but hopefully that settles down. The swimming pool is also a big hit with the family during weekends.
